Return Policy

WARRANTY

Keep original invoice in-warranty repair will be made at no charge.  These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss. All warranty returns must be pre-approved by HYone. Customer will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return. Customer can return the problem parts only to minimize the shipping cost. The costs of out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a charge as quoted by HYone.

No Refund will be provided.

REPLACEMENT

We accept replacement of products that are unused or in resalable condition within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All goods must be returned unused, in a fully re-salable condition, and in the original packaging.

DEFECTIVE

In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please do accept our apologies. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise and send back the defective item within 7 days at your own cost.  Upon receiving your return, we will send you the replacement order at no additional cost to you. Defective items will be exchanged for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
